Where we ship

We currently ship within British Columbia only. Outside BC? Email us and we’ll quote postage.

What it costs

Shipping within BC is charged per order, by size:

1–4 items — $22
5–9 items — $32
10 or more — $42

Larger bottles — the 1013ml body washes, shampoos and the 500ml×2 diffuser sets — count as three items each, because they genuinely weigh about three times as much to post.

You’ll always see the exact shipping cost in your bag before you pay.

Free options in Kelowna

Pickup is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll message you within one business day to arrange a time.
Orders over $75 can be dropped off to you, free. Just mention it when we’re in touch.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within BC typically takes a further 2–5 business days depending on where you are.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email dainty_saints@yahoo.com and we'll sort it out. Please get in touch within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can trace it while that's still possible.

We're a small shop and availability varies, which is why pickup is arranged by message rather than set hours. It means we can find a time that actually works for both of us.
